1993 Harley Davidson Sportster 883 Matte Black
Ken sent in these pictures of his 1993 Harley Davidson 883 Sportster. I love the bad ass look that the Matte Black paint gives to this Sportster. The accents on the rear fender and tank add to the menacing look. The pipes look sweet as well, I like the chrome and black mix.
Here’s a picture from the rear of the bike. You can get a better look at the exhaust and lowered rear end.

Is this lowered? Is that why it looks so amazing??? (The flat bars help, of course…)

Yes, the bike is lowerd, done it myself. they are Not sporty progressive shocks.. i had 3 sets of shocks layin around and made 1 set, they looked half decent so i put them on, i think they are around 10 to 11 inches. i like the old retro look, i do all the work on it myself. ty for asking..

also to let ya know the lower legs, primary cover and cam cover are all sanded with 2000 grit paper. it took many hours to do buy Hand, my fingers still hate me. i’ve done all the leather work on it as well, besides making the rear fender peice out of aluminum, then the leather work was added to it.

Hey Charlie, if your asking about the mount on the speedo, its “totaly stock”, all i did was take the rubber off the speedo removed it from the bracket and turnd it over.. on the 93’s they have rubber around the top and bottom on the speedo itself. yes, you do have to cut a few wires and add a few wire connectors.. now i have a update, i lowerd my bike even more, i added 10″ biltwell struts to it. ya its like a rigid, but thats ok..
